Kevin Cameron has extensive management experience gained from his work in corporate startups, turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions. He has specialized in creating information system based solutions for multiple companies. His work experience has made him an expert in operational process and information systems assessment and improvement. He has a deep industry understanding of healthcare and benefits administration, and is an acknowledge expert in the creation and extension of high performance transaction processing systems; particularly financial systems. As a consultant Kevin has been involved in assessing companies IT environments for companies involved in mergers and acquisitions. Kevin has been successful working for both large established companies like United Health Group and Ceridian, and small entrepreneurial startups like eBenX and SHPS. He is accustom to being a critical member of the senior management team, but still retains the ability to do the detailed design and development management tasks. Kevin is a result oriented individual and has the ability to build highly effective teams that can deliver large complex projects in a timely and cost effective manner. As an experienced and seasoned manager, Kevin is comfortable with the various sourcing strategies necessary to effectively manage costs, and has built durable relationships with off-shore entities to be leveraged as necessary. Kevin’s broad experience gives him an ability to understand situations quickly and make contributions that make him a valuable resource to any organization wanting to achieve world class performance.
