CPO Consulting selects frevvo Live Forms™ for Confluence for Quality Metrics Dashboard project at a global biotechnology company.

 

Live Forms™ for Confluence will be used to create a solution using the Atlassian Confluence wiki that integrates with the client's other ERP and quality systems.

Companies in the Biotechnology/Life Sciences industry are adopting modern enterprise wikis like Atlassian's Confluence because they have incredible flexibility combined with robust enterprise security and control. The client's Quality department needed a way to get data from multiple sites and disparate ERP systems, so the data could be aggregated and reported in a timely manner into their Quality Metrics Dashboard.

 

CPO Consulting was hired to customize a solution using the Atlassian Confluence wiki that would integrate with their existing ERP and quality systems. One challenge was that data from some sites were not in any of the ERP systems, therefore they needed a way to manually enter that data into the wiki in a controlled fashion. CPO Consulting recommended the use of Frevvo forms as a user-friendly way to manually enter the data that was not in the existing ERP systems, so it could be aggregated and reported in the dashboards.
